CITY CONTACT CENTRE TOLL-FREE NUMBER BACK ONLINE
EThekwini Municipality is pleased to inform residents that the City’s contact centre toll-free number 080 311 1111 , for electricity, water, and other essential services is now fully operational.
This follows the resolution of technical challenges that affected the telephone line over the past few days.
Residents and businesses can once again use the toll-free number to contact the relevant Municipal directorates for service-related queries and assistance.
The Municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for their patience and understanding while the matter was being resolved.
