UPDATE: PREPAID ELECTRICITY VENDING ARRANGEMENT
As the City works to resolve the technical interruption affecting third party prepaid electricity vending, customers can purchase their prepaid electricity tokens from the Rotunda Customer Service Centre (Electricity Headquarters), located at 1 Jelf Taylor Crescent, Stamford Hill, from 1.30pm until 7pm today. Customers are advised that the centre accepts cash-only transactions.
Updates regarding the resolution of the technical challenge will be communicated as and when they become available through the City’s official communication platforms.
