WORK CONTINUES TO RESTORE EXTERNAL PREPAID ELECTRICITY VENDING SYSTEM
As work to bring the external prepaid electricity vending system back online continues, customers are advised to purchase their prepaid electricity tokens from the following Electricity Customer Service Centres:
- Electricity Headquarters 1 Jelf Taylor Crescent (Rotunda)
- Bester Customer Services Centre- 20 Ntuzuma Access Road KwaMashu/Bester (Corner of Ntuzuma Rd)
- Isipingo Customer Services Centre - 3 Police Station Road, Isipingo
- Pinetown Customer Services Centre - 60 Kings Road, Pinetown
- Umhlanga Customer Services Centre - 15 Twilight Drive, Umhlanga
- Queensburgh Customer Services Centre- 3 Rycroft Road (Off Main Road), Queensburgh (Metro Police)
The City apologises for the inconvenience this challenge has caused customers and appreciates their understanding and patience as work to resolve it continues.
Updates on the resolution of the technical challenge will be communicated as and when they become available through the City’s official communication platforms.
